Description
Organic, sparkly white wine from the Loire. Crisp, fresh and brioche-y all at the same time.
Pairing & Serving
Very cold, as an aperitif - it’s a bottle that’s made to be shared.

Grape Chardonnay & Vermentino
Description
Rich white from a long-established family winery in Fronton. There’s a little bit of skin contact for texture, whilst remaining very classic. We think it’s a perfect Christmas white.
Pairing & Serving
We think this bottle might be the remedy after a long meal of big reds. Maybe with a soft cheese and some rye crackers.

A dry, medium-bodied red with bright acidity. A counterpoint to the big jammy Christmas reds of yore.
Pairing & Serving
Great with white or red meat, an easy one for Christmas day itself. Don’t serve it chilled, but be mindful that it’s not too close to room temperature.

Description
A classic Cotes-du-Rhone: Herbal nose, red fruits, black olives, liquorice, cinnamon, and black pepper on the palate. It’s Christmas in a bottle.

Description
Beautiful fresh dessert wine with really balanced acidity. Not too ‘sticky’ - a wine for people who ‘don’t like’ pudding wine (because they do, they just don’t know it yet).
