A dish that has gained some infamy over the years to a point where it almost never leaves or lunch menu. Mince is a great use for those cuts of beef we can’t use in a fancy way. Shaun came up with this dish in an attempt to do something with mince that wasn't a burger. We like this best served over toast with some fresh greens but it would be equally at home over potato mash (or even some of our confit potatoes)
Stove-Top: Remove from vacuum pouch and cook in a pot or sauce-pan over a medium heat unit piping hot.
Microwave: Remove from vacuum pouch into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on medium for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.
