Santorini captured in a bottle. 120 year old family operated wine estate, this French oak barrel-fermented Assyrtiko, with fruit from the wineries prime aspects has that trademark volcanic minerality at the core but is permeated by accents of beeswax, honeycomb, ripe yellow citrus, and buttered popcorn notes. If you like Meursault, you'll probably love this!
