Opening the packet hits you with the smell of freshly baked gingerbread. The bar opens with flavours of fudge and brazilnut with crunchy pockets of fiery ginger and dark molasses.
Based in Cornwall, Chocolarder have been producing small batch chocolate since 2012. They purchase their beans directly from farmers from around the world and, where possible, have the beans shipped rather than air freighted straight into Falmouth. Chocolarder ensure no plastic is used at any stage of the process and all packaging is 100% plastic-free.
