During the winter months whilst the bees await the warmth of spring, January is marked by the arrival of Davide's Sicilian lemons. For a short time, it is marmalade season.
Soft-set and deliciously lemony. Davide's lemons produce a marmalade that is zingy, zesty and fresh, with a beautiful mellow aftertaste.
The lemons are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. We add only unrefined sugar, Sicilian lemons and a little Coedcanlas honey.
