When the former sommelier of a restaurant like El Bulli (perennially regarded as the worlds best in the 2000's) turns his hand to making wine, you take notice. This Grenache-Carignan blend, is named "the screaming rock" after the place where the El Bulli team would sometimes head to decompress when it all got a bit too much (it happens to us all). This primal screamer has red cherries and blackberries, spiked with liquorice and coffee.
