Delicate pressing of the grapes and maceration in concrete tanks, before 20 months spent in French oak tonneaux barrels. A nose of fragrant red fruit jam, lingonberry and raspberry, evolving spicy tones and pervaded throughout by volcanic minerality. A wine with real length, elegance and complexity.
