ABOUT THIS MEAL KIT

All the ingredients you need to replicate a classic Quality Chop House menu in your very own home.

The centre-piece of this meal is the consummate over-achiever: sirloin from 40 days aged Hereford cattle sourced by our in-house butcher. This is served alongside house favourites like our insanely rich parfait with truffle jelly and house sourdough plus those confit potatoes!

For dessert; an indulgent warm, gooey chocolate pud with rich custard.

Finally, it wouldn't be a Chop House meal without our house-made fudge.

House sourdough, Jersey butter
Chicken liver parfait, roasted chicken and black truffle jelly

Bone-in sirloin
Tarragon mayonnaise
Brown butter jus
Confit potatoes, mustard dressing

Hot chocolate and salted caramel pudding, almond infused custard

White chocolate, vanilla and brown butter fudge
