Secret Smokehouse use fish from the most-renowned sustainable salmon farm in cool, tidal waters just off the coast of Scotland. No colourings, nitrates or artificial preservatives are used and the fish is never frozen. Production is carried out entirely by hand in their arches next to London Fields in a workshop that has been awarded PGI status.
The flavours are delicate and well-balanced with just the right amount of smoke. Perfect served over scrambled eggs or simply on buttered brown bread.
