A staff favourite! A double-cream cow's milk cheese with an addition of a little créme fraïche, from the south of Lyon. A 'farmy' nose with a richly-texture pâte and light grassy flavours. A soft but rich buttery finish make this a perfect table cheese served in a terracotta dish.
