The Musters make revelatory super low-intervention wines in the Steiermark, and they've been doing it for a while! A pretty much straight 50:50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay (or Morillon as its locally known) blended in large format barrels it pops with vibrant kumquat and grapefruit flavours, and a tannic sense of tisane on the finish. A thinker's drink!
