You might assume, given the name, that The Quality Chop House might offer slim pickings for the herbivores among us. Not so!
Shaun and the team utilise incredible produce, delivered daily to create vibrant, seasonal dishes all year round.
For the main event, pommes dauphinois are wrapped in pastry alongside servings of fresh mozzarella, tangy rhubarb and a decidedly rich and earthy mushroom cavatelli.
For pudding, fragrant borage honey spiked custard pairs nicely with the sour tang of rhubarb.
Finally, it wouldn't be a Chop House meal without our house-made fudge.
