    Chris Brennan launched Pump Street Chocolate in 2012 expanding his Suffolk-based bakery with the help of daughter Joanna. Although self-taught, their combined passion for traceability and the concept of bean-to-bar production has resulted in arguably the UK's most exciting range of chocolates that are sought after by chefs and home cooks alike.

    We've been proud to support Pump Street both in our shop and restaurant where it often features on our dessert menu.
