The Lemoss is a 21st century sparkler made in an old fashioned style; "Col Fondo" - with a second fermentation in the bottle on the lees, giving a slightly pricklier, zestier, and slightly cloudy wine. Made from Glera in Veneto, this was the O.G. Prosecco style, before the sweeter brunch pop came along. A vivid yellow in the glass with notes of white grapefruit, Cox apple, and focaccia!
