The most popular pie in the shop, bar none! This is the essence of pie; comforting, delicious and giving. Over the years it has been an item craved by more than one pregnant shop regular - high praise indeed. Our chickens are supplied by Fosse Meadows.

Cooking Instructions

Bake on a tray at 220°C for 25-35 minutes. Test the core temperature of the pie by using a knife or metal skewer before serving, ensuring the centre is piping hot. The pastry should be a deep golden brown.


Pastry: Flour (gluten), water, duck fat, salt. Filling: Chicken, leeks, chicken stock, Dijon mustard (mustard), creme fraiche (dairy), butter (dairy), garlic, flour (gluten)
