Picked by hand in late spring from the prickly hedgerows that line the rugged Cornish coastal path. Once the prickly flowers are steeped in cocoa butter pressed from Chocolarder's own beans, they impart their heady warm coconut scent to the milk chocolate for a unique flavour that makes it all worthwhile. Flavours of warming toasted coconut with hints of fudge and roast nut, ending in light red fruit.

Based in Cornwall, Chocolarder have been producing small batch chocolate since 2012. They purchase their beans directly from farmers from around the world and, where possible, have the beans shipped rather than air freighted straight into Falmouth. Chocolarder ensure no plastic is used at any stage of the process and all packaging is 100% plastic-free.
